This is a great pill box—small enough to fit discreetly in a pocket or purse, but with enough internal room to have a few extra days' backup if you're forgetful like I am. It's also quiet, with very little rattling noise, and it's not instantly obvious that it's a pill box at all. I have to vertically pinch a bit to slide it open easily, but I think that's a feature, not a bug—it feels very secure. Very happy with this purchase!
