Every Biinii Design pill organizer is designed and 3D-printed in Switzerland, in small batches (the Hourly and the photo organizer to order), in our studio in the canton of Vaud. Our products store personal medication or supplements, which calls for specific hygiene and safety considerations. This policy aims to balance transparency, legal compliance and product integrity.
Order cancellation (before dispatch)
You can cancel your order at any time before your parcel leaves the studio. Parcels depart on Tuesdays and Thursdays: write to us by Monday or Wednesday, noon Swiss time, via the contact page, and we cancel and refund in full.
One exception: organizers personalized with your photo or your logo, and the Hourly printed to your hours, are made to your specifications and are excluded from cancellation and from the right of withdrawal.
The Biinii Design hygiene rule
Biinii Design pill organizers are designed to store personal medication, vitamins or supplements. For hygiene and safety reasons:
- Returns are only accepted for items that are strictly new and unused.
- Any item that has been in contact with medication or personal substances cannot be returned.
- Each pill organizer may come into contact with different substances, which could create a risk of cross-contamination or allergic reaction if reused.
To ensure the highest level of safety for all customers, returned items are never resold or refurbished. For usage and safety recommendations, please consult our Product Care & Usage Guidelines.
Return windows

15 days from delivery for Switzerland, the European Union, the United Kingdom and Australia.

30 days from delivery for the United States and Canada.
The item must be strictly new and unused, and returned in its original condition; any return that does not meet these conditions may be refused. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Right of withdrawal (EU and UK)
Customers in the European Union and the United Kingdom also keep their statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, which runs alongside the return windows above. To exercise it, use our withdrawal form.
Organizers personalized with a photo or a logo are excepted, as goods made to the consumer's specifications.
Defective or incorrect items
If your item is defective, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue, via the contact page. We will review your request promptly and offer an appropriate solution, typically a replacement or a refund. See also our FAQ.
Exchanges
Direct exchanges are not offered for change of mind, color or size selection. An exchange may only be considered if the item is defective or not as described.
We encourage customers to review all product information, photos and dimensions before ordering: each product page provides precise measurements in both centimeters and inches.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the decision. If approved, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of receipt and inspection. Please allow additional time for your bank to process it.
Legal framework
Biinii Design is an independent Swiss studio located in the canton of Vaud. All sales are governed by Swiss law, subject to mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in the destination country.
