Shipping policy

All Biinii Design pill organizers are designed and 3D-printed in Switzerland, then shipped directly from our studio near Lake Geneva. Orders are dispatched twice a week with tracked international services.

Shipping rates

Flat and simple, whatever you order:

CHF 4.50 to Switzerland, the United Kingdom and Canada
CHF 5.50 across the European Union
CHF 6.00 to the United States and Australia

The rate depends only on your destination, never on how many organizers are in your cart, and it is charged in your local currency at checkout where available. These prices already carry the customs work: the 2026 EU duty on small parcels (3 EUR) is collected here and cleared before delivery, so there is nothing to pay at the door.

Dispatch schedule

Every organizer is 3D-printed in small batches in our studio; only the Hourly and the photo organizer are printed to order. Parcels leave Switzerland twice a week: order by Monday noon Swiss time and yours departs on Tuesday; order by Wednesday noon and it departs on Thursday. You receive your tracking number by email the moment it ships.

Switzerland: 1 to 3 business days (Swiss Post, registered)
European Union: typically 4 to 9 business days
United Kingdom: typically 4 to 6 business days, VAT Paid
Canada: typically 6 to 10 business days
United States: typically 6 to 10 business days, all duties and import taxes included (DDP)
Australia: typically 8 to 16 business days

These are typical transit times; customs clearance can occasionally add a few days, especially when new rules come into force. International parcels transit through the Netherlands as part of our shipping optimisation. See the full details in our FAQ.

Taxes and customs

Switzerland: no import taxes or VAT, orders are shipped locally.

European Union: we are fully registered under the IOSS system (EU Import One-Stop Shop). VAT is collected at checkout and transmitted directly to customs; the 2026 EU duty on small parcels is covered in the shipping price.

United Kingdom: we ship under VAT Paid conditions. VAT is collected at checkout, so no additional charges apply upon delivery.

United States: all duties and import taxes included (DDP). Orders are fully customs-cleared, and no additional fees apply upon delivery.

Canada: the official threshold is $20 CAD; in practice our parcels have always been delivered without any fee, whatever the order value.

Australia: duty-free up to $1,000 AUD.

Canada applies a de minimis threshold of $20 CAD and Australia of $1,000 AUD; in practice, our parcels to both countries have always been delivered without any fee, whatever the order value. Should it ever happen, write to the studio via the contact page and we will sort it out with you.

Risk of loss

Every parcel is tracked. Once the carrier has accepted it, neither Biinii Design nor you are responsible for what happens in transit, and risk passes to you on delivery. We still stand by every order: if a tracked parcel is lost or arrives damaged, tell us within 7 days of the delivery date shown by the carrier. We open an inquiry with the carrier and, if the parcel cannot be found or the damage is confirmed, we replace it at no cost or refund you in full, as a matter of goodwill rather than obligation.
