Some routines need more than a pocket reserve, and this large keychain pill case carries them without a bag: the long omega-3 softgel, a full day of doses, the spares for a weekend away. It is the same design as our compact holder, with fifty percent more room inside.

The body is 3D-printed in Switzerland from PLA, a plant-based polymer, and contains no metal parts; the keyring is the only metal, and it goes through airport trays with the rest of your keys. The lid screws on, made for pockets, handbags and daily handling, and the longer body welcomes the capsules that never fit anywhere else, full-size softgels included.

Choose your own pair of colors, one for the body and one for the lid, from 49 combinations, matched or contrasted, so it reads as a personal everyday object rather than something medical. Can I take it through airport security?

Yes. The holder is 3D-printed plastic; only the keyring is metal, and it goes through the tray with the rest of your keys. In the United States, TSA does not require pills to be in their original bottles, so a filled holder is fine at checkpoints. When in doubt, travel with your prescription.

Will my pills fit?

What is it made of?

PLA, a plant-based polymer. Each piece is designed, 3D-printed, checked and packed in our studio near Lake Geneva.

Does the lid stay closed?

Yes. The lid screws on and stays closed in a bag or on your keys. There are no magnets and nothing to snap open by accident; a couple of turns opens it when you need it.

Is it suitable for medication?

It is designed to store and carry pills, vitamins and supplements. It is not a medical device; keep medicines out of reach of children.
