What products do you offer?
We specialize in premium, Swiss-designed and Swiss-made 3D-printed pill boxes and pill organizers.
Our collection includes keyring pill boxes, travel pill organizers, weekly pill boxes, daily pill organizers, hourly pill organizers, and artistic designs.
Each item is designed for daily use, travel, or as a thoughtful gift, with multiple color and style options.
Where are your products made?
All Biinii Design products are designed and 3D-printed in Switzerland.
Production takes place in our studio overlooking Lake Geneva and the Alps, where we carefully control every detail for a premium, reliable finish.
Can I personalize a pillbox?
Yes — many of our pill boxes can be customized.
Depending on the model, you can choose from various designs, color combinations, and sometimes add initials or small details.
For special requests, contact us and we’ll see what’s possible.
Do you offer B2B or custom branding services?
Yes — Biinii Design can create custom 3D-printed pillboxes and related accessories with your branding.
We offer tailored designs for wholesale, corporate gifts, promotional items, and specialized product needs.

How should I care for my pill box?
Our pill boxes and pill organizers are made from high-quality PLA bioplastic and require minimal care.

Is my order secure?
Yes — all payments are processed through Shopify Payments.
Your personal and payment information is encrypted and protected using industry-standard security measures.
Can I change my order after it’s placed?
Once production has started, orders cannot be modified or canceled.
However, if there’s an issue with your order, such as incorrect information or if you need assistance, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to provide the best solution and assist you promptly.
What if my item is damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We’ll arrange the most suitable solution — typically a replacement or a full refund — to ensure you have the best experience.
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Because our products are made to order, sales are final.
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or not as described, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we currently ship to Switzerland, Canada, and Australia.
- United States: As of August 29, 2025, shipments are temporarily paused due to the end of the de minimisexemption and the introduction of ~39% import tariffs on Swiss goods. Deliveries are suspended both here and on our official Etsy shop until a sustainable solution is in place.
- European Union & United Kingdom: We are currently registering under the IOSS system (EU Import One-Stop Shop) and UK VAT. Once this process is complete, direct EU/UK orders will be enabled here. Until then, please order via our official Etsy shop.
For other destinations, please visit our Etsy shop for worldwide delivery.
How long does shipping take?
We ship twice a week from Switzerland.
Estimated delivery times:
- Canada & Australia → 7–15 business days after dispatch
- Switzerland → 1–3 business days (with Swiss Post)
United States: Shipments are currently paused as of August 29, 2025 due to new import tariffs (~39%).
European Union & United Kingdom: Direct orders are not yet available. Please order via our official Etsy shop until IOSS/UK VAT registration is complete.
Delays may occur due to customs processing or carrier schedules.
What shipping services do you use?
We use tracked international services to ship your order.
Once your order has been shipped, it will transit through the Netherlands before being forwarded to its destination as part of our shipping optimisation.
For Switzerland, we use Swiss Post (registered)
You will receive an email with your tracking number, so you can monitor your parcel’s journey.
Will I have to pay VAT or import taxes?
- United States
As of August 29, 2025, shipments to the USA are temporarily paused.
This is due to the end of the de minimis exemption and the introduction of ~39% import tariffs on Swiss goods.
Deliveries are suspended both here and on our official Etsy shop until a sustainable solution is in place. - European Union & United Kingdom
We are currently registering under IOSS (EU Import One-Stop Shop) and UK VAT.
Once this process is complete, VAT will be collected at checkout with no surprise fees at delivery.
Until then, please order via our official Etsy shop. - Canada
Official threshold is $20 CAD, but based on our experience, pillboxes are well below taxable limits and usually clear without fees. - Australia
Duty-free up to $1,000 AUD.
All orders are declared accurately and shipped from Switzerland with tracking.
Did you sell my data?
At Biinii Design, we take your privacy seriously.
We do not use Google Analytics or sell your data to any third parties.
Your personal and payment information is used strictly for processing orders and providing the best customer service.
Any remaining data stored on Shopify is processed in accordance with Shopify's data governance and privacy policies. You can review their full privacy policy here.
